The Hairxgems hair studio is in a secluded office space perfect for privacy and comfortability! The studio is located in a safe commercial plaza in Anaheim Hills with quick access to food / a quick snack stop , & other self care / retail shops.
Booking Policy
NO EXTRA GUESTS ARE ALLOWED UNLESS APPROVED PRIOR TO
Deposits

All bookings will require a 35$ non-refundable deposit.

35$ deposit will come off the balance total

Service balance will not be charged directly from your card

Payments accepted are : CASH and APPLE PAY only. No Zelle or Venmo
Cancellation & Rescedule

If a Client reschedule is needed a new deposit will not be required unless the first initial reschedule is missed.

If I need to reschedule the appointment no new deposit will be needed

There are no refunds for a "client canceled" appointment

Being Late

I understand being late is bound to happen, I just request that you reach out ASAP and let me know. I may have back to back appointments so please provide an ETA so I can be sure that I can still service you.

After 25mins your apt may be canceled if 1. you have not reached out & 2. my schedule cannot accomidate a late start.
